Today is Labor Day and I hope you are all taking the opportunity to relax. Minnesotans work hard and today is a much-needed day off.
Labor Day is also the end of the
State Fair. I was able to spend some time at the fair over the past two weeks
and am sad to see it go. I love the fair because I love people – and there’s no
better place to be with people than at the “great

Labor Day also marks the start of campaign season. My campaign is in full gear and I know that if we all work hard in the coming weeks, it will pay off on Election Day. I thank everyone for the work they’ve done so far, and I thank everyone in advance for the tremendous amount of work that I know they’ll do between now and November.
I have always said that when good people come together, amazing things happen. So let’s pull together now, work hard and fight the good fight, and on November 7, when we’re headed on the path to a better and brighter future, we’ll know that all of our hard work was worth it.
